And yet, while polarities may seem irreconcilable, they often conceal a deeper unity waiting to be uncovered. The true aim of conflict is not collapse, but transformation. A hidden "third dimension” can only rise when we bring presence and awareness to our inner conflict and tension and allow for a deeper wholeness to emerge to spark a new imagination for collective change. The unity we long for cannot be found in our outer world. It must be cultivated within ourselves.
Reset Rise is a practice-based community for lifelong learners who want to create sustainable inner change together, for collective change in the world.

"Object Relations has profoundly deepened my awareness and understanding of behavioral patterns in myself, loved ones, and clients. I now recognize how the ‘affect’ of “attachment,” "frustration," and "rejection" show up in my life. As an Enneagram practitioner, when clients share challenges and experiences, I’m better equipped to identify and articulate how different Object Relations might be influencing their perspectives and behavior. This deeper understanding has increased compassion for both myself and everyone who learns the tool."

"Taking a deeper dive into the Enneagram through Object Relations was fascinating! Experiencing the somatic “affects” of frustration, attachment, and rejection in my body has helped me to grow in self-awareness and self-knowledge. I’m now able to exercise more compassion towards myself and others. As I apply the teachings, insights, and practical tools in relationships, I’m creating space to pause and make choices to respond rather than react."—Beau Shammet
